Public contracts for the Emergency Medical Service of the Capital City of Prague

For many years starting in 2017, we provided comprehensive legal support to the Emergency Medical Service of the Capital City of Prague in awarding above-the-threshold public contracts for the purchase of ambulances. Our services included the resolution of objections raised by contractors and representing the Service as the contracting entity in proceedings before the Office for the Protection of Competition. In 2019, we also organised a tender procedure for the servicing of their vehicles.
