For many years, we have been representing the Railway Administration (formerly the Railway Infrastructure Administration) in property-law, commercial-law and labour-law disputes. At the same time, we provide the Railway Administration with legal counselling in the aforementioned areas and, in the past, we also did so in the area of public procurement and in matters related to the company’s transformation.
