Since 2012, we have been providing legal services to the Ministry of Health of the CzechRepublic in all international disputes concerning the recognition and enforcement of the2008 arbitral award rendered in arbitration between the Czech Republic and DiagHuman SE. Our law office has been providing and co-ordinating representation throughlocal partners in each of the foreign proceedings and has been providing all the relatedlegal counselling. We succeeded in courts in the US, the UK, France, Austria, Switzerland,the Netherlands, Belgium and Liechtenstein, to name a few.
