Since 2012, we have been providing legal services to SNEO, a.s., the servicing organisation of the Prague 6 City District for the area of facility management and real estate development, consisting in consultancy and drafting opinions in the area of public procurement, administrative law, as well as property law and commercial law.

“Key Investments” case

Since 2013, our law office has been representing SNEO, a.s. as the aggrieved creditor inthe high-profile criminal proceedings against the managers of KEY INVESTMENTS a.s.

“Via Chem Group” case

Since 2013, our law office has been representing SNEO, a.s. as the aggrieved creditor inthe insolvency proceedings with regard to the assets owned by Via Chem Group, a.s., aholding company which holds, inter alia, shares in Spolchemie, and subsequently, since2016, also in the high-profile criminal proceedings against JUDr. Sisák et al. accused ofharming the creditor and other criminal offences related to the said insolvencyproceedings.
